I didn't find any threads about it. Can I die if I consume nothing but alcohol and water for days? If so how many days? Have you guys heard of any cases?

Alcohol poisoning has to be acute. It kills you like most other depressants. You stop breathing. Nothing but alcohol and water for days might leave you more vulnerable, but to die from alcohol poisoning, you would have to go at it hard in one go.

Buddy of mine just ctb from it. Drank so much in a 24 hour period that he choked on his own vomit while asleep. He was tired of waiting for his N to come in and wanted to ctb right away. Contacted me and another friend to say he was going through with it and we told him to wait for the N to come in. He said he had enough and he was going that night. We tried to discourage him but he wouldn't listen and we didn't know where he was to stop him and he wouldn't tell us. Found out a couple of days later from his sister how he passed.

"On Monday, December 19, an emergency situation was introduced in Irkutsk due to a massive poisoning with the alcohol-containing means "Hawthorn". By evening, local time, it became known that 48 people died, 30 more are in hospital in serious condition. According to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the victims were poisoned with methyl alcohol and antifreeze, which were contained in the liquid." - https://meduza.io/feature/2016/12/19/massovoe-otravlenie-boyaryshnikom-v-irkutske-glavnoe
I tried that for over 20 years expecting a good result at the end of a good one actually but all I got was liver cirrhosis with chronic pain. I was in ICU for two weeks and had to learn a little walk talk and other little baby functions. 2 years later I continue to drink but now I've been sober for 5 weeks.
I've wondered about this. Particularly with taking it rectally since it's absorbed faster with fewer barriers (such as vomiting and the fact I can't stand the taste of alcohol). I want to know how much it would take for someone who never drinks, and I want to know if there's some way that a coroner/doctor can tell which way it was taken (assuming you've removed whatever apparatus you might've used to get it in there in the first place).
