As soon as I saw the image I cringed a bit.
You need 400 mg of propranolol, 40 10mg pills but only 10 40mg pills......
I mean all of the 10mg pills might have some effect still, since you never took them before.

Yea, although it's recommended you take propranolol slightly before you take SN (1hr-30mins) as well. If it's possible maybe ask for 40mg, maybe wait a bit then tell him 'oh I ran out of propranolol, it wasnt that good can I get a higher dose?'

Some people say just dissolve all at once, others say take some beforehand then take it again - 1 hr before you take 40mg then on the SN drink you put 360mg instead of 400 since you took 40 beforehand (400-40=360).

I thought it's 400 and you take it with the drink, the PPH video just showed the equivalent to 400mg of propranolol being dumped in the SN drink itself, is the PPH wrong? I wouldnt be surprised if it was

I have just corrected it. Not 1 hour before, but together with SN at the same time. The PPH 2021 says 800 mg beta blocker.

Is this _all_ you need to take along with the dissolved SN? As in, is that a replacement for anticonvulsants or just to slow the heart rate which I presume is exacerbated by the SN?

400mg is the amount recommended in PPH.

There is a question of when to take the propranolol - PPH says at the same time as the SN - Others from SS say take it 30 minutes before as it takes time to work.

Some people also take a few tablets beforehand to help them relax. So maybe 40mg 8 hours before and 40mg 4 hours before and 320mg 30 minutes before will potentiate the sn as well as keep you relaxed @TrynaChingMyself used this method and he was chatting with me and felt relaxed because of the 2 tablets he took before the sn and prop drink.

The propranolol will slow your heartbeat and also lower your blood pressure so you die much quicker.

Why that much? it is my first time taking Proponalol is it ok if i go with just 10x10mg with the SN?

Wow. I can't believe you "befriended " a pharmacist to dispense to you, without a prescription, medication that you told them was to be used to ctb. I'm happy for you that you now have what you need to ctb. Actually a little jealous. I really am. However, having worked in pharmacy for over 20 years I will say that I would have never broken the law and dispensed medication to someone that didn't have a prescription- and definitely not after they told me it was for the "SN Method". Losing a license and livelihood just isn't worth it.
