I need your advice. Would this method work? or high risk of failure

- Fasting: 12-14 hours
- 1 hour before: Ibuprofen 600mg
- 45 min: Gravol (i couldn't find AE)
- 15 min : Antiacid
- 3 x 20g SN

No need for an antacid. You want the stomach to be acidic to produce Nitric Oxide and lower blood pressure. This leads to faster pass out time. What happens in the body when taking SN:

You should find a proper antiemetic, so the SN will go quickly to the small intestine to be absorbed.

Yeah you really want an AE otherwise you'll want 4 glasses of SN
