A bit of advise on buying N or Phenobarbital or any drug over the internet if not via A or B. Do your research, if the price is cheap then it will be too to be true. If the buyer is genuine then they will go above and beyond to help you. If your N is delivered then this is usually no fault of A as no doubt it's been intercepted at customs. If N gets to you please hide it so no one can find it if you do get a police visit.
Don't be afraid to ask questions and trust your gut instincts when buying.

I think with most countries, if they find it at the border there should be no problem (other than not receiving it). It takes too much to chase every case and drugs are found on borders all the time, also without proof of purchase, it can't be traced to the customer. If they find it in your possession (which seems like a highly unlikely situation, if you receive it, there should be no issue of police on your trail) you could be charged with possession of a controlled substance and/or maybe sectioned. Don't take my word for any of this just my best guess and will depend on the country, in general though, I think it's less of an issue than people may think.

Depends on where you live... Possibly one year jail time, up to $5000 fine, suspend license for 6 months... Schedule 2 drug. Could effect employment, future employment, child custody... Could be messy and best avoided.

This is the thing, how can you be certain That it is the real thing? Very unlikely you will get your money back if it is not.

I'm not a lawyer or something like that but, no one in their right mind would bother prosecuting a dead person, I mean, what are they gonna do? burry them at a graveyard for criminals? make their dead body pay a fine? lol
