Help Advice : Household items for drowning weights, desperate

I've waited too long to order some of my supplies and now because of COVID they're either on back order or I have no idea when they'll be shipped because of delays.

I need everything ready as soon as possible because my plan works better in the summer / warmish weather. Also losing energy day by day.

If you see my other posts, I can barely waddle/limp for 10 minutes at a time if that. I'm mostly disabled below the waist.

Anyway, since my weight vest and 1/2-lb. flexi-weights will be arriving who knows when (see vest post), I was wondering if anyone had any alternate ideas?

The only thing I came up with was canned food in my coat pockets but it seems like that'd be difficult to carry properly.

I may be trying to drive myself 10 minutes from my house to a lake.

Does anyone have suggestions for small but weighty household items which I could put in my coat pockets or somehow wear easily?

We can't really know what you have in your house. Perhaps look through your things?

Heavy things for your pockets? Could you make it to a hardware store and buy a bunch of nuts and lug bolts?
