Yes use your actual info so long as you encrypt your address message. At worst USPS sends you a notice of seized goods (HIGHLY unlikely). If they ask you to claim the pack do not claim it. Consider it lost and deny everything.

I don't know about other countries but what I read on drug forums made for my country, people say that if cops show up just deny that you ever ordered it and that you got no idea why your name or address is on it, they usually close the case because not enough police resources and manpower to do proper investigation over people ordering small amounts of drugs.

A lot of vendors will not ship to PO boxes. Shipping to home address is safe as long as you encrypt everything and the seller is legit
