Method Achieving hypotension through opioid OD

Hi sorry I'm new. I know opioid OD is described as a method that should not be attempted. But I have benzos, Vicodin, and high blood pressure meds. With alcohol and anti emetics, would this work? Could I achieve severe hypotension and pass?
