Accidental death, maybe by illness?

How do I make my death look like an accident? Is there a way to make yourself fatally ill? I intended to hang myself, but if my brother saw my body it would scar him for life. Now I'm wondering about an infection (with my skin condition it's believable) but I want it to be certain. Part of me wants to live just to see what happens, but I know it won't get better.

Ive been trying to figure out the same thing for insurance purposes. I havent done a lot of research. Not as much as id like. But the only thing that really comes to mind for example theres this street down from tge walmart where i live and its a straight shot that has a very very sharp curve you have to slow into. Though hey that would be a nice railing to speed into.

Falling down from somewhere like 'hey i'm drunk af oooops' seems to be the best option, deaths caused by other people are not the best thing...
Taking wrong medication is an option too, but that doesn't sound like a fast and painless death, and one can ask himself why you didn't call the ambulance.

My idea was leaving a note that I'm leaving the country without a phone, never come back, never call someone, I'm just gonna leave everything behind since I can't bear it anymore, so please don't hope for me to call some day, it would screw my try to free myself from my old life.
