I tried contacting the author with my notes, but no response since 4 days, so i just have these notes, hopefully an admin can adress them.

1-The ibuprofen recommendation, ibuprofen on an empty stomach causes sharp pains, its better to use normal paracetamol.
2-About the antacid, he didn't recommend any ingredient name.

Stan ctb'd in December. But the OP of the guide, @SinisterKid, is a former mod who hasn't been active in quite a while. Current active mods are @Hasssssuùuu and @Meretlein as far as I know.

He mentions it in another thread. See this post. Basically, every antacid which contains 'magnesium hydroxide' can be used. You can use products: 'Milk of Magnesia, 'Mylanta', tums and many others.

Instead, you can also use H2 antagonists like cimetidine (Tagamet), ranitidine (Zantac) or famotidine (Pepcid).

The acid reducer (either antacid or H2 antagonist) is the least important item to acquire. But if you decide to use, choose one of them, do not use both.

I would also use Paracetamol rather than Ibuprofen.

See: Guide to dosage of Quetiapine (Seroquel) required as an antiemetic for the SN method.
