About ordering SN in Europe

How likely am I to get flagged ordering SN in Europe? It would be around 35 euros for a kilo with some added anti-caking agent, and it would be an order in my country and not an overseas order, Finland specifically in case that matters.
Also do you really need anything else on top of that? I think I read some people getting stuff to prevent them from vomiting, but how necessary is that really? I just want a fairly cheap and accessible CTB option, even if it might not be foolproof.

From what I've seen it's unlikely to get flagged, but I don't live in Finland so I can't give a proper answer

Antiemetics are highly recommended because it's possible to vomit up the SN solution. You can still vomit with antiemetics but it's less likely

Well I guess I'm not in a hurry, but the antiemetics are more expensive and difficult to come by, right?

Antiemetics are actually easier to find rhan SN as you can easily fake a prescription and get them
