There are many arguments you may have faced if you did search about voluntary death.
I would liketo make a list of those who bug me the more.
1It goes against nature. Animals don't do that, which shows it is evil
2. It reveals narcissistic trait of personnality.
3.People in the third world struggle more and live, some children drink cow piss to survive, our difficulties are nothing in comparison.
4If you think you have no potential to be happy, etc, .. go back to tell me that when you are 60.
5A society running away from pain is worrying(pain as a motor for evolution, spirituality, etc)
6by surviving people in pain make other people stronger, if anything, by forcing them to be more generous, caring andby reminding governments their failures.
7It brings corruption to the world(not sure whatthis sentence meant exactly)
8In the sixties,, there were attempts to make sexuality towards children more acceptable.Right to deathis the same kind of problem, that breaks a 2000 years old taboo the government should not have to deal with.(my psychiatrist said that)
Yo probably heard those arguments at least once, and found them abit everywhere on forums, reddit, quora,etc...
Sometimes those arguments will be repeated or combined, with the idea that it wil turn the person away and make that person change her mind(the best way to deal with that problem is to say "yes you are right").
