I can't find any good ways to kill myself. All I can think of is jumping in front of a train or off a bridge? But how do I make myself do it? Please tell me. I want to do it today. I have no hope left at all

I imagine that many who managed to succeed just got so determined, I envy those people as those methods sound terrifying to me, it's inhumane how it's so difficult to die.The hardest part seems to be "letting go".
I'm going to workaround this by sedating myself and at the same time holding onto positive thoughts/beliefs when I'm going to CTB.
This should prevent doubts and the survival instinct from taking over.
It would also be good to do some self-inquiry and process negative beliefs about death and/or the afterlife if you have any.
There are more valid logical and rational arguments as to why something like "hell" or "eternal damnation" is unlikely to exist.
