This is my second video. It is 4:15 in duration. I had so much that I wanted to say, but this took me about 8-10 hours to make. I deleted over 70% of the recorded audio and trimmed the message down to what's here. I took some inspiration from the user here named "NextSummer" who reframed this problem to me of one where we are not asking for help, but instead are asking for the government to step out of the way and remove a legal barrier.
This is my second attempt to make a video on this subject. Just like in the first video, I plan to continue to polish and improve upon this video when I make the next one. I already can see flaws in this video, but I can address those flaws when I make the next video.
