Guys, what do you think about the fact that depression is not always a disease?
That is, depression is always a disease in the world, because the thinking of our brain deviates from established rules that we did not establish.
Our sense of the world is not what it "should be", given the centuries-old knowledge of doctors.
That is, if you feel bad in this world, then you are necessarily sick. Isn't it strange?
I think that when a person comes to the fact that he feels bad in this world, he cannot help him and there is no sense, then this is not a disease, this is another view of the world about which nothing is known.
That is, we do not know how the world began and how it will end, so it is strange for me to consider it a disease that a person does not accept this world.
I would agree that a person is sick with depression if he feels bad, but he still wants to somehow overcome his condition in order to live on in this world. Then he needs help

Recently I came across such words of Osho. His friend committed suicide. His friend was engaged in the same spiritual practices as Osho.
That's what Osho says:

"since it wasn't even a natural death, it was suicide, you got the idea that I would have to protect the sannyasins. I have to prevent suicide, no sannyasin should commit suicide. Why? It's part of your freedom. If a sannyasin decides that the game is over and he wants to go home, then who am I to stop him? I'll just tell him, "Go joyfully dancing. Don't go away sad, let it be a joyful journey back home."

But that sannyasin never asked me. Even if he had asked, I would have told him, "This is your freedom. I'm not interfering with your freedom. This is your life, this is your death, who am I to interfere? All I can do is provide you with the skill that makes everything beautiful." And suicide can also be wonderful"

Sorry, I use a translator, so I hope the text doesn't look very bad.

Guys, I want to attach a link to an article by Osho, who said that suicide is everyone's freedom and choice.
The article is in Russian. I hope you can turn on the translator and read this little article.
She calms me down while I prepare to leave the world.

I believe that often wanting suicide can be simply seeing the world and life for what it really is, it can be a rational decision. For many people life is simply not worth living and after all the world is a horrifying place filled with endless suffering and cruelty and it makes sense for me to want to escape it. Wanting suicide does not always mean that the person is 'mentally ill', to me it's irrational to want to suffer until old age. I see suffering as being something negative and something to be avoided, and suffering is simply inevitable in a life like this.
