Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you are depressed, then your mind is too often times worrying about the past. If you are anxious then your mind is too often times worrying about the future. Either way, there is nothing that you can really do to influence the outcome.
Anxiety and depression took so much from me. Having a severe anxiety disorder and Depression is very hard to deal with. It is just a fraction of the cause my brain to seemingly drop off a cliff when it comes to memory and cognitive function.
The mind thinks thoughts that we don't plan. It's not as if we say, 'At 9:10 I'm going to be filled with self-hatred.' The mind is not in charge of you (the unchanging witness). This realization makes it easier and more effortless to navigate life. Meditation helps with directly becoming aware of this truth. Speaking of which... I conveniently forgot to meditate today, hehe.
I've been meditating daily for at least 10 minutes a day. The only thing that it helps with is anxiety and nothing else as of right now. Then again I'm a complete noob when it comes to meditation.
What do you mean with "worrying about the past"? You can only regret what happend and what you have done. I don´t belive that we have a free will, so I agree, there is nothing that you can do to influence the outcome
Not sure that there's NOTHING you can do to change the outcome... unless you are a complete believer in fate. It perhaps partly depends on how much work you are willing to put in. Not to say that some people are incurable- I know there are some poor people here who have tried just about everything to 'get better.'
Still- if you've identified that it's the past making you unhappy and the future making you anxious- I expect there ARE things you can do to help. You can't change the past- granted- so maybe you need to try and change how you think about past events- I don't know- I haven't gone in for much therapy but I imagine that's a first step. Have your past traumas validated maybe? Forgive yourself- if you need to. Forgive others- if you can. Or if not- figure out a way to cut the most toxic people out of your life.
With regards to the future- again- anxiety seems kind of unavoidable- life is so unpredictable. Still- I suppose we can all prepare as much as possible. If it's financial worries- try and save now. Maybe try and start up other streams of income- should others fail. If it's things like social anxiety or self doubt- I expect there are ways to work on them.
I find the biggest problem for me is motivation. I feel like the future can be made better- if I only addressed some of my issues. I don't want to though. I don't want that discomfort. I'd much rather be shot of this world. I think to an extent- people can achieve all sorts of things despite enormous setbacks- but the will and want to succeed needs to be there.

I have this problem, If I allow myself to spend a lot of time thinking about things that I've done or were done to me in the past I get depressed. I can't do anything to change the past, so when my mind starts to wander in that direction I try to think about different things.
