Story a peculiar case of suicide

I have remembered that several years ago there was a suicide near where I live. A man apparently took his own life by pressing thick zip ties around his neck. he surely would wear a tie or scarf to accommodate himself but I asked someone and indeed that guy committed suicide simply by wearing a zip ties. Does anyone know if this is really that easy?

Well in the small town I used to live one guy took his life with a shoelace so I don't think it's that hard just the really tight idk. but most be a little bit painful tho.

I envy that person, I find it hard to believe that someone left this world supposedly so easily.
