I AM NOT OKAY WITH FOOD.

I HATE NUTRITION AND I HATE HEALTH SCIENCE AND I HATE ALL THAT STUFF! I DO NOT LIKE IT NOT EVEN ONE BIT!!!

I love drinking water, tea, coffee.... um like... I drink orange juice too a bit. ITS FUN!

But when u eat stuff, you have to worry about ur "gut microbiome" and ur inflammation and cholesterol.... wtf


So what is my solution??? FASTING!
But wat happens when I try to fast???
My parents think I'm starving myself to death like Ghandi???? Ummmmm no... I just don't like eating cause everything is unhealthy. It's ALL bad somehow and that is FRUSTERATING!

Things should NOT be how they are!

I like fasting too :) but like you, I don't want to alarm people so they can come 'save' me. That's why I'm currently restricting my intake. I'm eating max 400-500 calories a day. Exercise is important too! By restricting and cycling I have lost over a kilogram this past week! Am 54,1 kgs, 174cm.

So the point is that maybe you should restrict instead of fasting, so your parents will still see you eat sometimes instead of never. Don't raise alarm bells!

Lol! Yea u have to be extra aware of what your food contains these days. It's like why not make life more complicated? Last thing I want to worry about is wether the food I'm eating contains chemicals that will raise my risk of cancer, and other health problems that make money for the corrupt medical complex. Most disease is related to diet and probably stress.

Stick to soups, maybe try to grow your own food and cook for your own liking and cravings.

I have been eating wayyyy less carbs. Following Keto.

I feel better!!! But a little tired but that's supposed to be normal.


To be honesttttt I am worried and I miss eating lots of bananas but this diet is supposed to decrease appetite and stop cravings, which is my main goal. I just want to worry less :| tbh idk if it's going to work out but I will see in a few weeks.


Meat and like coconut oil are GROSS but it's mainly what I'm eating now :sick: I don't really miss chips and stuff but I super-duper miss blueberries and stuff. I still eat some but only a little.

Meat is just.... it's gross. It makes me wanna barf. Maybe one day I will find something that actually works for me and I won't have to worry 24/7 about random parts of my health.

Isn't ketosis a bad state to be in if growing? I always heard it stunts growth

Be careful with keto. It really doesn't work for some people but the zealots try to convince you you just need to do it for longer or do it better. I tried it in desperation trying to improve my health. It totally zapped my energy and made my stomach issues worse.

You're on a suicide website. I think you eating unhealthy food is not going to have such a huge effect on you!
Eat whatever you want and be the happiest you can.

It took me a while to understand this, but with the help of people here I finally properly understood it: I'm here for a good ride, not a long one.
I mean, sure, I'm fighting for a surgery, but that's to improve the quality of my ride. Quality that dropped because, to quote god, "fuck you, that's why!".
Now, properly getting into that mindset? That's a chore on its own. Once you're in there, though? Trust me when I say you'll learn to tell cholesterol to go fuck itself.
