I plan to ctb by full suspension hanging. The ligature I plan to buy is a nylon rope. The anchor point is a hook in the ceiling for ceiling fan.

The rope comes along with a carabiner attached to it. Should I use the carabiner to hang the rope to the hook or the snuggle hitch?

I can't experiment myself as I am on a strict suicide watch of my parents. I can't afford a failed attempt. Any help is appreciated.
