Most people won't have a work that will mean a lot to many people, a legacy that has their name remembered. Here especially perhaps, we may feel there's little to nothing we've done of worth and our existences will end like we never existed at all, certainly at least after a generation or two if not right away.
I'm not a positive person at all so I say this with only coldness: If you've ever posted here and it had even one view, you've left a mark that very well might have impacted someone. We often remember things we don't expect to; small, random encounters take meaning years after their happening. Your personal opinion on some thread could be the sentence that stays in someone's mind all their life.
To be sure that this isn't the case would be only vanity. Yes, if you haven't learned yet, self-deprecation/loathing/hatred/lack of esteem is certainly a form of vanity because it is to think highly (Badly.) of yourself; it is giving yourself a lot of credit (Discredit.)
It's always worth to remind people that as much as we like to fancy it, we're not alone or special and however much you suck/think you suck, you have mattered.
