There is a bridge in my town that is 70 meters high, which people use to ctb, but I worry if 70 meters into water is enough for a painless death, or it would break every bone of my body and makes me drown, that would not be pleasant!

The Golden Gate Bridge is 245 ft (74 meters) from the water.

70 meters is a fair height. For comparison, Google says that the Golden Gate bridge have a similar height. Still, people have survived falls from 1000 meters and even higher depending of how they landed. Only landing head-first would make sure that death is instantaneous or near instantaneous, and it may be hard to control how you land. To be fair, a fall from such height, no matter how you land, is likely to make you pass out, so you wouldn't feel the pain of drowning, but I don't recommend this method.

Survivals are stories. Deaths aren't usually. Jumping won't be painless.
