Help 48hr Regimen for all antiemetics?

Is the 48 regime only for Meto? Or is is recommended to follow the same protocol for all the antiemetics (as per recommended in Stans megathread)

Id rather do 48hr to add extra safety to the proceedure, than the stat does- I want to reduce risk of vomitting as much as I can.

For 48 hour regimen you take 10mg of meto or other AE every 8 hours for 48 hours. So 6 doses of 10mg and even the final dose is only 10mg?

Cause I imagine doing that + the 30mg stat dose as the last dose would raise chances of side effects.

You need to take 30mg as stat dose AND as the last dose in 48hr regime.

I think that's wrong. PPeH say the dose for meto is the same whether you do stat 30mg at once or the 48hr regime, 30mg divided into 3 doses per day. The fact is do not exceed 30mg a day. That's the suggested dose for meto from PPeH.

The Wozz guide by Dr Admirral says 10mg for the last dose. 48 hours + 30mg stat dose meto is too much for me. I'd 100% get bad side effects from that much meto.

Most dignified dying regimes for countries or organizations are like 20-30mg meto + another drug. Never 48 hour regimes.

I wonder if Domperidone 48 hour regime + Domperidone 30mg stat dose is more effective than just stat dose of 20-30mg meto.

You're choice. Many here have been successful using @Stan 's regime. I'd pick his over the PPeH seeing as though it's full of discrepancies.
