40 mins for SN ?

I keep reading that 40 mins is all that it takes for SN to complete the process.
I am going to be doing SN this week, I have nothing other but Xanax and 200g of SN so I'm going to have to go with that.
The bailiffs will remove me from home this week so I have no other option, I am so deep in debt there is just no help available to me and I'm just done.

Is 40 mins realistic ? I live in shared housing, very little time for myself so would have to do this at 7.45am UK time.

Is the 40 mins enough time do you think ?

I know that no-one can give me a true answer, I think it would be long enough if I just drink 30g of SN on an empty stomach and then swallow 10mg of Xanax.

Am I mad? I have no choice so I have to do it, just looking to see if anyone has any recent info on my situation and plans.

I thought it was 15 mins and even that sounded like emotional torture.

40 would be terrible, most would call an ambulance.

No one can tell you that for sure. If you are saying that you will only have 40 mins. alone than I would say not. Alot of SN failures are due to people being found and help called. You would need at minimum several hours alone the more the better.

used in proper conditions, I would consider 40min max til "death", yes. but you cannot be revived or even found for a couple hours or more or won't work, remember this.

I'm thinking back to this thread, which has a lot to skim through, but it's a compilation of individual SN successes and failures, a handful of which mention timing. I recall that several of the failed attempts were found unconscious after the 40 minute mark and ended up recovering. It's possible that's due to poor methodology, but it's hard to predict how your body will respond. I remember one of the success cases took 45 minutes until they stopped breathing, so if nothing else you're definitely cutting it very close. If you have no other means available, you would be less likely to be "rescued" before death if you took the SN in a more secluded location to give yourself more time alone. If that's not possible you would at least want to be very diligent with your regimen of fasting, and to take antiemetics to hopefully reduce time loss from having to drink more after vomiting.

Yes, I'm not sure you mentioned the anti-amedics, that would be a must (and the good ones), otherwise a very high likelihood you might vomit up at least part of it. I agree 40 minutes might cut it close if you're "rescued" and they know how to revive you. Wish you the best.

I saw a case of 40 minutes, that person did not fast... he vomited quite a lot of solids. After the second dose, it took a maximum of 20 minutes until he lay down, I don't know if he was unconscious. About 5 minutes after lying down he fell out of bed and the video continued, the uploader sped up the time, and after another 20 minutes, he didn't get up.

I think that can help us calculate reaction times a little.

Sometimes they talk about spasms, if you don't have the option to do it somewhere else, I don't think they will find you if they don't happen to you and you make noise. A good idea is not to give clues about what you took, by the time they want to save you you will already be on the other side... I wish you good luck and I hope you are happy.

Put me in my place if I'm stupid. But why not just do it when everyone is about to fall asleep/an hour after everyone falls asleep. That way you have at least 6/7 hours before they find you, granted they don't barge into your room and just think you're sleeping
