Help 31 march is my birthday and I would like to end things up tonight

could you help guys with a combination of drugs I could get easily to ctb it's ok if there was some pain but I need drugs not mechanical solutions like hanging.
so if someone could help me with this I would be really thankful. also I have searched through the threads but couldnt be certain or have access to all these chemicals. so just write me the easiest drugs I may use tonight.

I am sorry life brought you to the decision to end it all on your birthday. I can't tell you more than what you could find on the forum but I do want to ask you if you have thought yoru decision thoroughly and have you exhausted all other options to feel better in life? You can always talk to us for your problems and maybe talking it out will help you in some way.

The most common advice on this forum about ODs, given multiple times a week, is don't. They generally fail, and you're likely to end up in the hospital and perhaps with long-term health issues, not dead.

Unfortunately, ctb'ing is not as easy as getting the right combo of OTC meds or there would already be a megathread about it in the resources compilation.

i don't think that there is any drug combination that you can buy over the counter and die easily, most of them will be extremely painful experiences and not a guaranteed death at all. methods like the amitriptilyne cocktail are probably what you are looking for, but if you don't have a medical prescription for at least 2 of the components then you are out of luck.

maybe you should look into carbon monoxide or inert gas, you don't need a prescription for them and they have way more in common with overdoses than with hanging.

its ok if not otc i could get it but at least must be available in pharmacies no need for a dealer

if you can get your doctor to prescribe an antiemetic then you could use SN, I dunno exactly where you'd buy it but from what I could find it's not restricted in Egypt. Check out Stan's guide and the various threads on it to know more. You can find that stuff in the resource compilation sticky on this board.

I can't really say you could get this all by the 31st though.

I looked around online and yeah, it seems like online shipping is out of the question for you. It's still possible that you could find a local source, but I don't have any real advice other than that it's used for curing meats. I couldn't find any information at all on the availability of it.
