20 grams = 1.56 tablespoons, so around 2 tbsp should be ±25 g

People say to get a scale because it can vary some- some is more powdery than others. A good scale on amazon costs $10. You can test it with a nickel, which weighs exactly 5 grams. I think I saw a post where it might have been about 1.5 tablespoons for one grade of sn, but I think there are different grades. I would order a scale if possible.
