200mg Zoloft and 15mg Remeron

i've been taking this stuff for a while and i feel even worse.

For real, what options do i have? at this point i've tried everything...

I have tried many different antidepressants. My experience is that these help temporarily. Some make you feel worse and the sexual side effects can be terrible. Some do help.

Antipsychotics such as Seroquel can also help. Benzodiazepines the same.

The list of medications I have tried is very long.

i've abused benzos and i'm clean now, they don't really help. Those are drugs.
