Just my personal opinion: I'd use thiopental if I had the choice.

But there are more chances of Vomiting with Thiopental?

Thiopental I need to take 15g but Cyanide only 1g?

You will likely vomit with either drug. It's not so much about how much of the drug you take as each drug has unique pharmacological properties that will induce vomiting regardless. As the brain identifies that is has been poisoned it's natural response is to vomit.

It's more a factor of absorption speed than the dose taken that determines vomiting. This is why fasting is important as absorption should be rapid. Even micrograms of a toxic substance will cause vomiting once absorbed if that specific drug is pharmacodynamically active at the microgram level.

Thiopental is active at a higher dose level than cyanide which is why the dose is higher and the risk of vomiting will not change based on the different doses at least.

The main question is whether you vomit too early which is why I would take either drug with an antiemetic if you have one.

As I said before though, cyanide will be quite painful whereas thiopental is a peaceful drift to sleep. If this is not a concern to you, you can take the cyanide, but I personally don't really see the benefit.

A member shared their experience with oral thiopental OD. I don't remember why they failed but you can read their posts. Don't forget pentobarbital and thiopental are both barbiturates but not same thing. Problem is we don't know much about pharmacokinetics of oral thiopental.

I have almost everything I need for the thiopental method as mentioned in ppeh. I may try the intervenous IV bag instead of oral. I don't have IV bag, cannula or syringes yet. I have no experience with IV setup. Still not sure but I might try to do it if I can get a IV line setup from pharmacy...

Don't eat any food for 8 hours prior. Stop drinking fluids for 2 hours before.

Take an antiemetic if you have one.

This is about all you can do.

I'm still tilted towards Cyanide due to how fast and easy it is compared to Thiopental. It should be practically impossible to not die with Cyanide.
