Yes darling, but you know, N is a bit harder to get and SN is more accessable. It's not really pill suicide because, yes, you're right, that is VERY low. But, SN has a very high chance as long as you're not found and you do it correctly. I'd say the only two methods more reliable is Shotgun or, what's 100%, is decapitation. Most methods are not 100% by themselves sweetheart. Please, find your peace in some way. We will be here.
According to Geo Stone, jumping from at least 150 feet onto land or at least 250 feet into water is about 95-98% fatal. I don't know details on rates of instantaneous death. Landing on your head is best, but likely can't be controlled. Make sure there's nothing down below that could break your fall (e.g. tree branch) and that you're definitely going to land on the concrete surface (e.g. rather than a parked car, garbage pile, or person... remember, you will be falling in projectile motion). And while people can indeed die from lower heights (e.g. 2 stories or even falling down 1 step), the fatality rates are clearly a lot lower.
