Are some of these really painless? I'm pretty sure the train is one of the worst methods. Assisted suicide/ euthanasia should be on this list if people could access it. People shouldn't have to use these violent methods.

Why is drug overdose on this list? Highly unreliable and quite painful I'd have thought.

And most poisons would cause a considerable amount of suffering too.
